Returns

We reserve the right to update and revise this Return Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. When we make changes to this Policy we will revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of this Policy. Please review it frequently because the Return Policy in effect when you place your order will apply.

Essential oils that are 4 oz or greater and bases, carrier oils, flower waters, and lotions that are 16 oz or greater are not eligible for return.

If your purchase of items other than those listed above does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy. If you would like to request a return, please send us an email at CustomerCare@LunaHanwi.com with the reason for your request. If we authorize the return, we will provide further instructions to complete it.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unused and unopened;
2. In the same condition that you received it;
3. In the original packaging; and
4. Received by us within 30 days of the authorization of the return.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to be included with the returned item.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Return Policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense without refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded. Items purchased at a sales, discounted, or promotional price are considered final and cannot be refunded.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you are due a refund, but haven’t received it yet, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerCare@LunaHanwi.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to request an exchange, please send us an email at CustomerCare@LunaHanwi.com with the reasons for your request. If we authorize the exchange, we will give you further instructions to complete it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

1. Unused and unopened;
2. In the same condition that you received it;
3. In the original packaging; and
4. Received by us within 30 days of the authorization of the exchange.

If we authorize and you qualify for an exchange, you may request same merchandise replacement or merchandise of equal value. However, some of our products have limited quantities and may not be available. If the requested product is out of stock, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is a result of our error, please contact us to make shipping arrangements. We will pay for shipping under these circumstances.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
